Revenue Guarantee

If the Client does not generate at least €20,000 in collected revenue from leads generated through systems managed by ral media™ within 90 days of the contract start date, the Client may request a refund of the retainer paid, subject to the conditions below.

Revenue must meet the following criteria:

  • Revenue must be directly attributable to leads generated through ral media™ systems, including but not limited to paid advertisements, landing pages, funnels, or tracking links managed by ral media™.

  • Revenue must be collected payments, not projected revenue, unpaid invoices, or verbal agreements.

  • Revenue must be verifiable through invoices, CRM records, or payment processor statements.

If the revenue threshold is not met within 90 days and the Client has complied with all obligations under this agreement, the Client may request a refund of the retainer paid.

Refunds will be issued minus the retail value of any physical gifts or products sent to the Client.

Examples of physical gifts include but are not limited to:

  • Anker Power Bank

  • Bosch Laser Measurer

  • Portfolio Book

  • Any other tangible items sent as part of the service.

All physical gifts remain the property of the Client regardless of refund status.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after verification of eligibility.

After a refund is issued, ral media™ will continue providing services at no additional cost for a maximum of 90 additional days or until the €20,000 revenue milestone is achieved, whichever occurs first.

Client Responsibilities

To maintain eligibility for the revenue guarantee, the Client agrees to:

  • Respond to new leads within 24 hours.

  • Make reasonable efforts to contact and close all qualified leads.

  • Provide access to necessary systems including CRM, ad accounts, analytics platforms, and sales tracking tools.

  • Provide required assets, approvals, and feedback in a timely manner.

Failure to comply with these requirements may void the revenue guarantee.

Cancellation Policy

Month-to-Month Plans:
Client may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fee applies.

Annual Commitment Plans:
Client commits to 12 months of service and receives 3 months free (15 months total) at a discounted rate.

If client cancels before the end of the 12-month commitment period, a cancellation fee equal to the discount received (€1,994) will be charged.

This fee may be waived at ral media™'s discretion in exchange for a 15-minute exit interview.

Monthly Discount Plans (12-Month Commitment):
Client receives a monthly discount (€166/month, €1,992 total) in exchange for a 12-month commitment. If client cancels before 12 months, a cancellation fee equal to the remaining unearned discount will be charged.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email acceptable) to hello@ral-media.com or via WhatsApp. Upon cancellation, all active services (ad management, website hosting, email automation, AI systems) will be terminated within 30 days.

Asset Ownership

Upon termination of services, the Client retains ownership of all assets created during the service period, including:

  • landing pages

  • ad creatives

  • email sequences

  • automation systems

However, proprietary frameworks, methodologies, templates, and internal processes used by ral media™ remain the intellectual property of ral media™.

Third-Party Platforms

ral media™ is not responsible for performance disruptions caused by third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • advertising platforms

  • hosting providers

  • payment processors

  • CRM systems

  • analytics tools

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of ral media™ under this agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for services.

ral media™ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption.

Lead Ownership

All leads generated during the service period belong to the Client.
